Aiming to stress-test its servers to check it is already ready for its global launch, Forgotten Runiverse, the crypto game built on top of popular gaming chain Ronin Network, has launched a campaign called “Crash the Runiverse,” which will be live until January 18, 6 a.m., Philippine time.

About ‘Crash the Runiverse’ Campaign
It is simply stress-testing for the game’s servers if it can already handle massive amounts of activities from a massive amount of players.
- To join the campaign: Users need to log into Forgotten Runiverse’s browser-based world, follow the onboarding process, begin a search for in-game items, and talk to the fairy character Selene.
- The inclusion of airdrop: Again, through this campaign, players can farm in-game points called Quanta.
- Twenty-one trillion Quanta is allocated to be distributed to players of the campaign.
- Quanta, an in-game currency, is said to be convertible to $XP, the ecosystem token for the game and the Forgotten Runes Wizard’s Cult NFT project.
- All Quanta earned will be distributed when Forgotten Runiverse officially starts its Global Early Access, which is expected to happen in the first quarter of this year.
- What’s new with this campaign? Players can also collect four different cosmetic armor sets that can only be earned during the Crash the Runiverse campaign.
- New features: With this campaign, the game also implemented improved party, chat, and other UI optimizations.
- The flagship feature: The Omen system will also be implemented, which will allow players to customize dungeon difficulty.
